About the new ara members

Ok heres the thing, the new ara members that have alredy reached colonel are just becoming "bossy" (and that is starting to fucking piss me off) and 1 of the things that i dont tolerate and thats disobedience...and homosexuals , and they think that they are who should be the generals, so heres my idea

To become a Major you will need to:
Have more than 3,5k Kos; Bring more than 20 members; be in ara for at least for 2 months

To be promoted from Major to Colonel you need:
Have more then 5K kos; Bring more than 40 members; be an ara for at least 5 months

To become a General You will need to be:
Chosen by the other generals and the comander by a voting session, and some tests....And be verry, but verry trustable.

Also some members think that just being on one metting they should alredy be promoted

About the bring members thing? Thy could easyly lie.

I agree with all of them >:3 but we could have some colonels watching the privates and low ranks so we know roughly how long they been in ARA?

I like the idea for the generals being voted in by like a council thing
